Receiving luggage and equipment before check in (winter 2023)

Q: Will guests be able to send their luggage and ski/snowboard equipment to all of our properties (including chalet and BPs) before checking in this winter?


A: 

TVN, SC, TER, KOZ, FW send to TVN

TMN send to property (TMN)

Niseko Kyo send to property (Kyo)

INT, YukiSugi, SongSaa send to Intuition

*We usually hold luggage 7 days before arrival date.

May I kindly clarify from which location you would like send your luggage to our property: The Vale Rusutsu?
In Japan, we use Yamato Transport services, also know as Kuroneko (Black cat in Japanese language). 
For deliveries, please include the lead guest name and booking ID number so our front desk can fully confirm when it arrives. 

*Ensure that it is the website's address that they are sending to!

For instance, TVR Address: 27-6 Izumikawa, Rusutsu-mura, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido 048-1711
