AMENITIES, ADDENDUM (5 Aug 2024):

1.1 Single Booking (1 RB ID) with multiple units/room types:

  • If arriving on different dates, date the Amenities Task to the earliest check-in date
  • If arriving at the same time, Hotel Ops will provide amenities in the unit where the Lead Guest is staying

1.2 Multiple RB bookings under the same Lead Guest name, we will not provide amenities even if the total sum is >1.5M

Please add on Roomboss under the Task section & Guest profile based on the categorization
