3) If no, then email the guest to let them know that unfortunately we cannot accommodate this request as the property has been fully booked for the peak winter season
4) If yes, then try to check the price change.
The guest has asked for 2 potential dates for extension. I'd check both and note them down. Again, DON'T change anything

6) I'll confirm with Irish sometimes
7) Inform the guest of the prices for each extension, and get their WRITTEN CONFIRMATION
And then you just wait until they respond. Once they confirm,
1) Amend the booking (since this is a direct booking)
2) Update the invoice (and double check, just in case)
3) Check the updated deposit (invoice amount and due dates), same thing with the remaining balance
4) Send the guest portal link to the guest (the intranet link, with the booking details + updated invoice)
