2. do we have parking space for 2 large size buses

They will be fine with this place as a parking lot for large buses.

3. on the check out day, rental bike supplier will need a space for collecting bikes, will it be ok for guest to leave their rental bikes at the parking area? 

Depending on the number of bicycles, it is possible to park bicycles in the same space as buses.

However, since there is no security in the parking lot, I would ask that you inform the TA and the owner of the bicycles in writing that we are not responsible for any theft or damage.

4. travel agent will email us guest name list, are we able to provide room allocation table?

Possible.
