use of the shared Nisade vehicle with Private Chauffeur for Tsubasa at Hanaridge.


There will be 2 drivers per shift (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) operating from 07:00-22:00 for both driver and vehicle. Operating range is around the Resort, Niseko, Hurafu, Kutchan and Niseko Village.

August 7

No butler service for both
For Hanaridges's guest, the pick-up location should be Nikko if they are booking Resort Liner bus and please place GEA drive request with the correct place.

At present, dedicated chalet staff is not confirmed, because we have yet to hire someone for the role

In the case, just like last year, where we were unable to secure a chalet host, we will have concierge staff fill role

Guests at both Hanaridge properties will still need to request the drives. 

There will be a dedicated vehicle and driver for the properties, but they still need to be requested to organise the drives

During winter season, we will offer the below services "Dec 1 - 31 Mar."

Shuttle services: We will be offering 2 Hiace with 2 Chalet hosts on standby

Drive service; around the village/nearby resort hosts


Duty Manager: Concierge service - Restaurant, lesson, GS booking

Chalet host: On standby 07:00 - 22:00, 2 shifts, 4 staff per day (likely be two hosts on AM and PM shifts).
Drive around the village for grocery shopping, restaurants, and nearby resort

Small flower arrangement.


Housekeeping: Standard | "Service clean every 20d day, mid clean every 4th day."


Summer Period

Reception unmanned. Standard housekeeping. 

No vehicle I shuttle service
