RB Procedure Update_Using Tasks as a timestamp (history)

Given the difficulty of tracking in RB, as notes are hard to read and history is lacking, let’s begin using RB “TASKS” to help us track interactions with guests and provide a timestamp (history).

 

Examples where we can use this:

 

7 day pre-check:

  • Add a task > 7 Day Pre-check
  • Due date = date that it was completed
  • Time = time you sent it out
  • Assigned to > your property
  • Status > Completed

 

 

This way we can see that a 7 Day Pre-check was completed.

 

Bedding

If someone has sent us a request to change their bedding configuration.

Change the bedding under the Room Type first then update the task and mark as complete.

 

 

 

Late check in / out

 

 

No need to set status to complete until FD have noted this, and task is complete.

 

Housekeeping

 

 

Luggage
