Futon Room Notes Procedure

As Laksmi has also announced on the teams chat, I would like to share the standardized way of adding notes on RB for the housekeeping team. 

1) Futon (Extra) - still within standard pax

• Guests requested futon (even though there are enough beddings for all)
• Any booking that includes Guest extras package as futon, room notes should state: Futon (Extra) x (number of futon request)

2) Futon (Add Pax) - over standard pax, but within max pax.

• Add Pax for "Additional pax"
• Booking value includes additional pax fee for each additional guest over standard pax.
• If the room type is more than standard pax, we check how many additional guests are there.
• Room notes should state: Futon (Add Pax) x (additional number of pax)

Example: In this booking, Total guests is 7. Since 3 bedroom standard pax is 6, 7th guest requires a futon. Hence, room notes should state: Futon (Add Pax) x 1

Disclaimer: Should the guest still request Guest Extras even though there is already a futon for the additional guest, room notes should state: Futon (Add Pax) x 1 & Futon (Extra) x 1

3) Futon (Std) - still within standard pax

• Std for "Standard" 
• Futon set up in the Tatami room

1. Example: if the booking is for 8 pax and the guest has chosen twin futons, please note as Futon (Std) x2
2. Example: if the booking is for 8 pax and the guest has chosen double futon, please note as Futon (Std) x1
3. Example: If the booking states 9 pax, exceeding the standard capacity of 8 pax.
   Since the 7th, 8th, and 9th guests will be sleeping on the futon, the room notes should state: Futon (Std) x2 & Futon (Add Pax) x1
4. Example: if the guests request extra futons without an increase in pax
   Room notes should state: Futon (Std) x2 & Futon (Extra) x1
