For Lift Passes, Lessons and Equipment Rental, please note Rusutsu Resort has not released their new procedure and rates. They usually will release that by September. Should you wish to view their services, kindly click the link below.

Please be advised that you will need to book these services directly at the Rusutsu Resort website. If the services are not yet available online before your arrival, you can make your bookings directly with Rusutsu Resort on the day of your arrival.

After securing accommodation with us, we are able to provide guest services, however, for Rusutsu, we are unable to book ski passes. Our Vale Rusutsu front desk has an easily accessible QR code reader where guests can print their tickets online instead of walking to the ticket counter at Rusutsu Resort.

Unfortunately, we don't offer services to book ski passes and rental equipment in advance for Rusutsu.

However we do provide the convenience of the online QR code reader on our property. After guests reserve them online, there is a printer just beside our Vale Rusutsu front desk.
