Vehicle advisory for Chalets (except HNR)

1. Complimentary pick up service during summer for all chalets

• From check-in location (INT for Niseko chalets; FF for SIH) to chalet
• Available during check-in hours only
• Advance booking with Reservations Team is required prior to guests' arrival
• Guests are encouraged to rent their own vehicle to get around

2. Vehicle and driver service during winter for Shiyuki

• Available between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM from 01 Dec 2024 to 26 Apr 2025
• Operating range is Furano City
• Advance booking is required

• Complimentary pick up (Nisade vehicle) from check-in location to chalet is possible
  • Available from 01 Dec 2024 to 26 Apr 2025 during check-in hours
  • Guests must advise Reservations team of their arrival time in advance
• Guests of chalets are highly encouraged to rent their own vehicle beforehand

Guests must still advise Reservations team of their arrival time in advance so that we can arrange for a team member to meet and greet, and check them in.

We still highly encourage guests to rent their own vehicles especially Song Saa guests who are 40 minutes away (depending on road conditions and snowfall may be longer) from where our vehicles are dispatched. They could be waiting a very long time for any drive requests and if there are a large group, possibly even longer as more than one vehicle may be required.
