1) Please also add details under notes on RB and filling in the times in "additional Stay details" section.

2) Fill in Niseko Driver List 2024-2025

GEA's (drivers) are rostered on from 7am until 10pm

Please put 20 minutes before the arrival/departure time for Hirafu Wecome center HWC and sometimes rarely for Kutchan Station, Song Saa, Hanaridge, 35 minutes.

We will do arrival pick ups and drop offs for SET, FW and SC however, the concierge service for drives to RST's, ski lifts etc is limited to TER and KOZ as concierge costs have been packaged only in their rate.

For Kutchan drives, please make sure to input the driver's departure time 30 mins before the schedule time of the reservation.

eg. If dinner res is at 18:00, the "Time" would be 17:30. Better to be early to the RST than late as many RST have strict cancellation policies and will cancel on guests even if 5 mins late. Under "Transfer details" please make sure to put any notes.

eg. Reservation is for 18:00 at Samurai.

As per Jessy Tsai Nov 28

When arranging these requests, please ensure that the pick-up and drop-off times are set 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled bus arrival or departure time. This adjustment is necessary to account for potential delays caused by the heavy winter traffic, even over short distances.

If the timing is set only 5 minutes earlier, there is a significant risk of missing the bus. Your attention to this detail is greatly appreciated to ensure smooth operations during the busy winter season.

Info updated as of Aug 7: For Hanaridges's guest, the pick-up location should be Nikko if they are booking Resort Liner bus and please place GEA drive request with the correct place.
