Last Minute Booking

For last-minute bookings, the reservation will come as a REQUEST, so they need to be confirmed.


Process these like a TA request:


1. Check the Allocation Table for availability

2. No availability: Inform the guest


3. There is availability: Change the Status from REQUEST ➜ RESERVATION

4. Manually allocate the room based on the Allocation Table

5. Run Auto Room Allocation to ensure the guest has a room

6. Don't forget to assign a RES ticket with FD link

7. Inform the hotel manager & staff on MS Teams with these info:

RB no:

Check-in & check-out dates:

Room no.:

Bedding type:

No. of guests:

Any other special request:


8. Send an RB email manually to the guest
