How can I place bookings?
- Please use Roomboss to submit a Booking Request.
- This platform provides a quotation and displays inventory availability.
- Once your request is submitted, it must be approved by a Reservations Consultant before inventory is officially allocated.
- A booking is only considered confirmed once we have invoiced you.
Where can I find rates and property information?
- All relevant information, including rate sheets, promotional calendars, and property photos, can be found in the Agent Pack. Please refer to this document for detailed information.
Why can't I book this room? It says "no rate plan available."
- This error typically occurs when a booking restrictionhas been violated. Common causes include:
- Selecting fewer nights than the minimum required stay.
- Selecting a room that is closed for bookings.
- Exceeding the allowable guest count for the room.

Why does my commission not calculate to 15%?
- Commission is calculated on the Gross-Commissionable Amount, not the total Roomboss Gross value.
- The Gross-Commissionable Amount excludes non-commissionable itemssuch as:
- Taxes
- Third-party costs (e.g., breakfast, housekeeping).
- As a result, the final commission will always be slightly less than 15%.
