  1. How can I place bookings?

    • Please use Roomboss to submit a Booking Request.
    • This platform provides a quotation and displays inventory availability.
    • Once your request is submitted, it must be approved by a Reservations Consultant before inventory is officially allocated.
    • A booking is only considered confirmed once we have invoiced you.
  2. Where can I find rates and property information?

    • All relevant information, including rate sheets, promotional calendars, and property photos, can be found in the Agent Pack. Please refer to this document for detailed information.
  3. Why can't I book this room? It says "no rate plan available."

    • This error typically occurs when a booking restrictionhas been violated. Common causes include:
      • Selecting fewer nights than the minimum required stay.
      • Selecting a room that is closed for bookings.
      • Exceeding the allowable guest count for the room.
  4. Why does my commission not calculate to 15%?

    • Commission is calculated on the Gross-Commissionable Amount, not the total Roomboss Gross value.
    • The Gross-Commissionable Amount excludes non-commissionable itemssuch as:
      • Taxes
      • Third-party costs (e.g., breakfast, housekeeping).
    • As a result, the final commission will always be slightly less than 15%.
