IF booking is OTA, please do not attach the receipt as we do not reveal commissionable rates.
Please request the guest for the receipt they see on the booking provider platform for accuracy.

Please attach the receipts and letter.
Kindly edit the template attached and RENAME the file after saving it as pdf to send to the guest.

Canned response: 
I have provided a letter to support your travel insurance claim, along with the receipt for the deposit you have paid.
Please include this receipt with the letter when you submit your travel insurance claim.
